This series of paintings was created during a month-long artist residency at Künstlerhäuser Worpswede, Germany, and was exhibited at a solo booth at the Turbine Art Fair in 2016. The residency followed a four-week artist-in-residence at the Sylt Foundation on the island of Sylt, off the northern coast of Germany, both of which formed part of the TASA Emerging Artist Award presented to Biggs in 2015.
